Festival of Free Tennis – January 2026
From Monday 19th January, we will be delivering a range of completely free tennis activities across Basingstoke, including:
Tennis Taster Sessions
- Free group coaching sessions for adults and juniors
- Running at Stratton Park and Basingstoke Indoor Tennis Centre
- Perfect for complete beginners or those returning to the sport
- Brand-new sessions launched and offered free for the first two weeks
Free Parks Tennis
- Free, social tennis sessions open to all ages
- Equipment provided and sessions led by qualified activators
- A relaxed, turn-up-and-play format focused on fun and meeting new people
- Running weekly, with a big push during the Festival at Stratton Park
Open Day Events
- Family-friendly open days with free adult and junior taster sessions
- Meet the coaching team, learn about local tennis opportunities, and get involved
- Exclusive offers available on the day for attendees
All activities are completely free, but spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.
