Hampshire County Council’s waste minimising initiative, Smart Living, has launched its annual campaign to help people save money and reduce their waste during the festive season. Follow the Smart Living Christmas character, Holly, during December, as she gives out lots of hints and tips to help families have fun, save money and reduce waste.
